Pizza review 2: The electric boogaloo

Last Time on Pizza Review (Reviewing the cheese pizza of Town Pizza) The only real cons of this pizza is that the cheese flavor is a little hard to find, but other than that, definitely worth the wait time. I’d only recommend eating this if you haven’t yet and wanted to cross this pizza off whatever sort of list 6/10, not bad, but not the holy grail of pizza.

At last, after all this time, it returns. Pizza review is back, everybody, and as I continue my glorious quest to find the pizza of all pizzas, I believe I have stumbled across the one, the pizza. First, the statistics:

Restaurant: Rhodes Pizza Family Restaurant, 3736 Pawtucket Ave, Riverside, RI, 02915 General: Cheese/Sauce ratio- 1/1.5

Time to prepare & deliver to table- 10-12 minutes Visual Appeal/ Cosmetics-9/10 Cheese: Density-5/10

(5 being density to aim for)

Taste-8/10

Sauce: Density-4/10 (5 being the density to aim for)

Taste-9/10 Crust Analysis: good but a little burnt,6 /10 Other:

Restaurant atmosphere-7/10

Special note: You order over the counter when you enter, different than town pizza, which followed the classic wait-to-be-seated restaurant style. Cost-7/10 Sizes- Small, Medium, Large Overall Verdict:

This pizza was amazing, definitely an improvement taste-wise over its Town Pizza counterpart. The sauce was much better over that of Town Pizza as well; the taste and density of it was spectacular. The combination of cheese and sauce clearly outmatched that of the previous restaurant. The only defect was that the crust was a little too crispy, more so than the previous restaurant, but that can be due to human error. Overall, amazing pizza, definitely worth multiple trips to experience the lovely pizza. Final Rate: 8.5/10 (if not for the slightly burnt crust, this could’ve been a 9.5)
